A timeline of pride

Eleven years before the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Thomas Watson issued Policy Letter #4, the first equal opportunity action for IBMers. Since then, IBM has been a leader in extending these programs to make sure IBMers can bring their full selves to a diverse, inclusive workplace.
